William E Lawrence

William E. Lawrence, 71, of Richmond Township, died Sunday, December 11, 2011 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Joyce M. (Dengler) Lawrence. They were married April 20, 1985.

Born in West Reading, he was a son of the late Walter F., Sr., and Esther M. (Dell) Lawrence. Mr. Lawrence was employed as a Warehouseman for Brentag, Leesport for 43 years until his retirement in 2003. He was a member of Teamsters Local 429, Wyomissing.

He is survived by Wife, Step Daughters, Donna M. (Walk) wife of Charles Larrimore and Karen L. (Walk) wife of Timothy Gursky, Sr., both of Palmerton. Other survivors include a Sister, Carol Ann Lawrence, West Reading and a Brother, Walter F. Jr., husband of Marietes (Aoanan) Lawrence, Bern Township; Niece, Janet M. Davis, Richmond, VA. There are also 9 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. Mr. Lawrence was predeceased by a Step Son, Jerry L. Walk on January 26, 2001 and a Great Granddaughter, Koryne Rose Christman on April 15, 2006.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
