Willard E Hess

Willard E. Hess, age 76, of 409 College Boulevard, Kutztown PA, died Tuesday, October 2, 2001 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading PA. He was the Widower of the late Hilda M. (Stewart) Hess who died in 1999.

Born in Allentown PA, he was the son of the late Preston T. and Elsie (Moser) Hess. He was a Department Supervisor at Western Electric, now Agere in Reading for 37 years, until retiring in 1981. He was then a Self-Employed Bookkeeper for W & H Hess Accounting in Kutztown for 9 years. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force having served during World War II.

He is survived by his Sons, Gary S. Hess of Wyomissing PA and Alan T. Hess of Temple PA; and 3 Grandsons.

A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 PM Friday, October 5, 2001 in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Family and Friends may call 12:30 - 1:00 PM Friday in the Funeral Home. Interment in Altonah Cemetery, Bethlehem.
