Wilbur G Adam

Wilbur G. Adam, 75, of Hamburg, formerly of Kutztown, died Monday, September 12, 2011 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the widower of Violet Luckenbill-Adam.

Born in Kutztown, he was a son of the late Willard R. and Leona I. (Ferguson) Adam. Wilbur was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Kutztown. He was employed as a school crossing guard by the Kutztown Area School District from 1997 until his retirement. Prior to that, he was employed as a custodian at the former Farmers Bank and the former Corestate Bank, Kutztown for 21 years, and the former KATO’s Sportswear, Kutztown for 10 years.

Wilbur is survived by several cousins.

Funeral Services are Friday, September 16, 2011 at 10:30 AM from the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, 19530. Friends may call Friday from 10:00 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
