Warren W Berger

Warren W. Berger, 89, of Richmond Township, died Friday, May 16, 2008 in Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Hannah H. (Hoffman) Berger. They were married November 6, 1965. His first wife, Madeline (Wolfe) Berger died July 4, 1954.

Born in Richmond Township, Berks County, he was a son of the late Charles and Ellen (Wanner) Berger. He was a member of Saint John’s United Church of Christ, Church, Kutztown. He was a self employed dairy and crop farmer in Richmond Township for 60 years until his retirement. He was a member of Pennsylvania Farmer’s Association.

He is survived by Wife, Daughters, Janice M. (Berger) widow of Gene Miller, Kutztown, Brenda B. (Berger) wife of Joel E. Conaway, Allentown, Karen K. (Berger) wife of Troy P. Haupt, Manteo, NC. In addition, there is a Sister, Elsie (Berger) widow of Herman Oswald, Luther Meadows, Topton, and a Brother, Ralph husband of Lillian (Stauffer) Berger, Fleetwood. There are 4 Grandchildren, Laura Conaway, Lindsay Conaway, Emily Haupt and Christopher Conaway.

Funeral Services are Tuesday, May 20, 2008, 10:30 a.m. from Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Maxatawny Township. Friends may call Monday evening, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
