Warren D Bauer

Warren D. Bauer, 89, of Alburtis, died Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the Village of Willow Lane, Macungie, where he was a resident since 2008 .

Born in Longswamp Township , he was a son of the late David R. and Carrie (Knappenberger) Bauer. Mr. Bauer was employed as a packer by the former Caloric Corporation, Topton, for 36 years, retiring in 1989. He was a member of Woodsmen of the World .

He is survived by Sister, Evelyn K. (Bauer), widow of Joseph P. Miller, Kutztown; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a Sister, Marie M. (Bauer) Moyer .

Funeral Services are Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 2:00 PM in Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., Topton . Interment will follow in Topton Union Cemetery, Topton. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 to 2:00 PM in the funeral home .
