Virginia A Meitzler

Virginia A. Meitzler, age 55, of Mansfield Drive, Macungie PA, died Friday, October 18, 2002 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, 1200 South Cedar Crest Boulevard, Salisbury Township PA. She was the wife of Carl F. Meitzler. The couple celebrated their 34th Wedding Anniversary this past August.

Born in Allentown PA, she was the daughter of the late Paul W. and the late Isabelle I. (Miller) Derr. She was a member of the Reformed Congregation of Ziegel's Union Church, Fogelsville PA. She was a Baker from 1986 until her retirement in 2000 at Luther Crest, Allentown PA. Prior to that she was a Cook at Skyview Family Restaurant, Kutztown PA, from 1980 - 1986. She was a Girl Scout Leader of Troop #178, at Ziegel's Union Church, from 1975 to 1990. She was a 1965 graduate of Whitehall High School.

She is survived by her Husband; Daughter, Penny S. (Meitzler), wife of Andrew J. Graff of Germansville PA; Sons, Peter G. Meitzler of Lenhartsville PA and Bruce P. Meitzler at home; and 4 Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday, October 23, 2002, from the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown PA. Family and Friends may call 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM Tuesday in the Funeral Home. Interment in Union Cemetery, Fogelsville PA.
