Verna R Webb

Verna R. Webb, 89, of Carson City, NV, formerly of Topton, died Friday, June 4, 2004, in Carson – Tahoe Hospital, Carson City, NV. She was married to the late Harold W. Webb who died September 28, 2000.

Born in Lyons, Berks County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and the late Anna (Stern) Bernstein. She was employed as a clerk at the former Hess Brother’s Department Store, Allentown. She was a member and past president of the Topton Women’s Club, Topton, PA. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Carson City.

She is survived by Daughters, Karen (Webb) Ferreira, Carson City, NV, Lora (Webb) Spiker, Carson City, NV; Sister, Virginia (Bernstein) Scheidt, Grand Rapids, MI; 3 Grandchildren, 1 Great Granddaughter.

Funeral Services are Saturday, June 12, 2004, 10:30 AM from Trinity Lutheran Church, Home Avenue & East Smith Street, Topton. Interment in Hope Cemetery, Dryville. Friends may call Saturday, 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the church. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
