Mrs. Verna F. Budnick

Verna F. (Goba) Budnick, 76, of Topton, Pennsylvania passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg Campus. She was the wife of the late Wassel Louis Budnick, who died on January 1, 2021. They were married on October 8, 1966 in Pottsville, PA.

Born in Pottsville, Verna was a daughter of the late Michael F. and Anna L. (Stock) Goba. She was a graduate of Pottsville High School and was a Homemaker for the majority of her life.

Verna enjoyed going on cruises, trips to the casinos, and going out to eat with her late husband Wassel.

Verna is survived by her two daughters, Michele L. (Budnick), wife of Jonathan Jewell, East Bangor, PA and Katherine (Budnick), wife of John L. Lancy, San Antonio, TX; and her three grandchildren, Conner Jewell, Sarah Lancy, and Abigail Lancy.

In addition to her husband and parents, Verna was predeceased by her sister, Patricia (Goba) Meadows.

Services for Verna will be held privately by her family.
