Thomas M. Booth II, age 17, of 15 Kempton Road, Kempton, died Tuesday, July 8, 2003, as the result of a motor vehicle accident on Route 737 in Albany Township, Berks County.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Thomas M. and Virginia E. (Foreman) Booth, with whom he resided. He was a clerk for Giant Food Store, Trexlertown, and a student at Kutztown Area High School, where he had completed his junior year. He was a member of the school's tennis team and yearbook committee, and achieved a perfect score of 800 on the verbal portion of the Scholastic Aptitude Test. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Kutztown.

He is survived by Parents; sister, Jane D. at home.

Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 AM Saturday, July 12, 2003, at St. Marys Catholic Church, 14833 Kutztown Road, Kutztown. Interment, Gethsmane Cemetery, Laureldale, Berks County. Friends and family may call 6:00 - 8:30 PM, Friday and 9:00 -10:00 AM Saturday in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Kutztown.

Contributions may be made to Kempton Fire Company, 2461 Route 143, Kempton. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
