Thomas C Master

Thomas C. Master, 62, of Kutztown, died Thursday, March 22, 2007, in the In-patient Hospice Unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.

Born in Reading, PA, he was a son of the late Karl W. and the late Arline M. (Angstadt) Master. He was a 1962 graduate of Kutztown Area High School. He attended Pennsylvania State University and Kutztown University. He was an assembler for over 15 years at Lucent Technologies, Allentown. He also was a salesman for the former Beck’s Sporting Goods, and John Hart Auto Sales, both of Kutztown. He was a member of the Topton Fish and Game Association, Zug Anglers, and the National Rifle Association. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. In addition, he also enjoyed rebuilding race cars. He was a member of Christ (DeLong) UCC Church, Bowers.

He is survived by aunts and cousins. Those residing locally are Aunts, Marian E. (Master) Rohrbach, Mertztown, Erma (Lenker) Angstadt, Kutztown, and Fern (Angstadt) Master, Kutztown; Cousins, John E. Rohrbach, Jr., Mertztown, Timothy N. husband of Marcia (Biehl) Rohrbach, Kutztown, David M. husband of Pamela (Ritzman) Smith, Fleetwood, Dr. Kristen R. Angstadt, wife of Dr. David A. Hoffman, Reading. He was predeceased by a cousin, Dr. Lauren B. Angstadt, February 2, 2007.

Memorial Services are Saturday, March 31, 2007, 2:00 PM from Christ (DeLong) UCC Church, 63 Old Bowers Road, Bowers. Graveside services will follow in Union Cemetery of Bowers. Friends may call Saturday, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM in the church.

In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the memorial fund of Christ (DeLong) UCC Church, P. O. Box 99, Bowers, PA 19511. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
