Theresa S Bennecoff

Theresa “Teri” S. Bennecoff, 53, of Muhlenberg Township, died Saturday, September 8, 2007 after an 18 month courageous battle to pancreatic cancer, with her loving family at her bedside. She married Glenn C. Bennecoff on October 5, 1974.

She was a daughter of Dorothy M. (Shade) Greis of Bowers and the late John E. Greis. Mrs Bennecoff was a clerical aide for 20 years for the Fleetwood Area School District last working in June. Teri was an avid flower gardener and loyal Phillies fan. She was a member of the Lutheran Congregation of Zion’s Union Church, Maxatawny. She was a 1971 graduate of Kutztown Area High School.

She is survived by Husband, Mother, Daughter, Amy L. wife of Steven M. Kope, Sinking Spring; Son, Matthew C. Bennnecoff, Phildelphia; Sisters, Lucille K. (Greis) wife of George O. Hebel, Allentown, Melinda D. (Greis) wife of Robert Tercha, Mertztown; Brother, Marlowe K. husband of Brenda L. (Yoder) Greis, Bowers.

Funeral Services are Wednesday, September 12, 2007, at 10:30 AM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in Zion Maxatawny Union Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday 7:00 to 8:30 PM and Wednesday 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home.
