Theodore Kelechava Sr

Theodore Kelechava, Sr., 86, formerly of Somerset, NJ died Wednesday, November 7, 2007 in the Lutheran Home at Topton, Topton, where he had been a resident since 2002. He was the husband of the late Annetta (Murr) Kelechava who died on March 4, 1998.

Born in Allentown, PA he was the son of the late Michael and Helen (Chylack) Kelechava. He was a 1943 graduate of Lehigh University, Bethlehem, with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He worked in that capacity at the former Ronson Corporation, Delaware, for 25 years retiring in 1976. He was a US Army veteran of WWII serving in the European Theatre and the Black Panther Division.

He is survived by Daughter, Linda S. (Kelechava) wife of Ronald Kemmerer, Kutztown; Son, Theodore, Jr., husband of Barbara (Wolcott) Kelechava, Newark, DE; Grandchildren, Lindsey, Kyle and Kacie Kemmerer and Teal and Leah Kelechava.

Funeral Services are private at the convenience of the family.

The family requests contributions to The Lutheran Home at Topton, 1 South Home Avenue, Topton, PA 19562. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
