Terry K. Knauss

Terry K. Knauss, 82, of Richmond Township, died peacefully, Wednesday, April 11, 2023, in Penn State Health - Saint Joseph Medical Center, Bern Township.  He was the loving husband of Ruth G. (Blevins) Knauss, whom he married April 14, 1963.  Born in Allentown, Terry was a son of the late Arlene C. (Keinert) Rauch and stepson of Clarence E. Rauch.  Terry honorably and faithfully served our country as a veteran of the United States Army with service during the Vietnam era.

Terry was employed as a crane operator for over 40 years until his retirement at the former Bally Case & Cooler Company, Bally.

In addition to his wife of nearly 60 years, Ruth, Terry is survived by two daughters, Racheal L. Knauss, Berwick, Columbia County; and Lisa G. Knauss, Macungie.  Other survivors include five grandchildren: Deserea J. Kennedy, Skyler L. Kennedy, Joseph T. Curry, Jessica L. Curry, and Jennifer T. Curry.  There are also twelve great grandchildren and a sister, Phyllis J. (Knauss) Kline, Mertztown.  In addition to his mother and stepfather, Terry was predeceased by a son, Randy Lee Knauss in June 1991 and a brother, Larry C. Knauss.

A Memorial Service to Celebrate and Honor Terry's life will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. from Ludwick Funeral Homes and Cremation Care, Inc., 25 East Weis Street, Topton, with The Reverend Dr. Jeremiah A. Sassaman, officiating.  Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation with the family from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home.  Inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family.
