Stephanie Lee Kramer

Stephanie L. (Good) Kramer was born on August 18, 1946 in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She passed away in the early morning of September 18, 2024 in her sleep after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis, Congestive Heart Failure and Diabetes.  Despite her ailments, she lived a long, fruitful life that lasted over 78 years.  Stephanie is survived by her loving daughter Maghen Caudill, and sons Paul and Matthew Kramer, and her grandchildren Mercedes, Ethan and Lucas.  She was predeceased by her father Paul Good and mother Mayme, her two older sisters Coreen and Vivian, and her nephew Steven Rohrbach.

Stephanie enjoyed a long career at Air Products in Trexlertown, Pennsylvania, starting as a secretary and elevating her status to holding a key position in construction operations for major chemical plants throughout the world.  She was admired by her colleagues for her hard work, diligence and dedication, and was sometimes described as the "junior engineer" by senior staff due to her proficiency despite never holding such a title.  After more than 30 years at Air Products, she retired at the age of 70 in 2016.

Stephanie enjoyed gardening and remodeling her old farmhouse that was part of her father's estate.  With an artful eye for color and composition, she envisioned her own interior design, and transformed her home from dull and dingy to vibrant yet rooted in its country heritage.  Her landscaping was the envy of the neighborhood with the perfect mix of vivid flowerbeds, evergreen shrubs and mature trees.  The only thing she enjoyed more than tending to her flowers was hosting her children and grandchildren for holiday dinners when every meal was sure to end with something sweet and delicious for dessert.

Stephanie did not attend any particular church and rarely talked about her religious beliefs, but she did have a personal relationship with God and believed she would meet her loved ones in Heaven when she was called.  May her journey be peaceful and filled with eternal love.

A public viewing for Stephanie will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. at Ludwick Funeral Homes and Cremation Care, Inc., 25 East Weis Street, Topton, PA., followed by a graveside service at 2:30 p.m. in Topton Union Cemetery, Topton, where she will be laid to rest next to her mother and father.
