Ms. Sheila A. Long

Sheila A. (Stump) Long, 67, of Emmaus, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2022 at The Gardens of Easton. She was the long-time companion of Phillip J. Litschke, with whom she resided.

Born in Allentown, Sheila was a daughter of the late Roger S. and Betty L. (Heffner) Stump and was a member of New Jerusalem Lutheran Church, Rockland Township. Sheila was first employed as a seamstress at the former Royal Manufacturing and later, as a barmaid at the former Iron Horse, both in Alburtis. Sheila enjoyed playing BINGO and loved her cat, Missy.

Along with her companion of over 32 years, Phil, Sheila is survived by her two daughters, Stacey A. (Long), wife of Michael I. Romberger, Harrisburg, and Tara L. (Long), wife of Edward A. Bock, Allentown; grandson, Justin S. Bock; and two brothers, Kevin R., husband of Karen M. (Lucas) Stump, East Texas, and Steve Ira, husband of Michelle (Burkhardt) Stump, Oley.

A graveside service to celebrate and honor Sheila's life and burial will be held privately by her family in New Jerusalem Union Cemetery, (Rockland Township).
