Seth M Ruth

Seth M. Ruth, 33, of Kutztown, died Friday, October 31, 2014, at 7:12 PM, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township as the result of injuries sustained in a work-place accident that occurred October 30, 2014. He was the husband of Amy L. (Engelman) Ruth. They were married August 8, 2007.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Brenda S. (Rohrbach) wife of Dominick J. Loiacono, Whitehall, and the late Edwin B. Ruth. Mr. Ruth was a member of Saint Paul's Lutheran Church, Mertztown. Seth worked for Snyder Construction, Fleetwood, PA, in concrete construction for over three years; prior to that he was employed as a landscaper for Early Bird Landscaping, Kutztown. Seth enjoyed snowmobile racing, fishing and playing golf.

He is survived by Wife; Mother and Step-father; Daughter, Addison G. Ruth, age 5; and a Son, Wyatt E. Ruth, age 2½, both at home. Other survivors include a Brother, Jason A., husband of Angela N. (Hess) Ruth, Mertztown; Paternal Grandmother, Dorothy I. (Frey) Ruth, a guest at Cedarbrook, Allentown; Maternal grandparents, Clarence H., and Althea M. (Smith) Rohrbach, Mertztown.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014, at 11:00 AM from Saint Paul's Lutheran Church, 50 Luther Drive, Mertztown. Inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family. Relatives and friends may call Saturday morning from 9:30 to 11:00 AM in the church.
