Sandra A Weller

Sandra A. Weller, 65, of Furnace St., Topton, died Thursday, September 11, 2008 in Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital, Bethlehem, where she was a patient since September 4 ^th . She was admitted there from Sacred Heart Hospital where she was a patient since August 9, 2008. She was the wife of Ralph S. Weller. They were married December 27, 1960.

Born in Berks County, she was the daughter of the late Leroy and Rachel (Warmkessel) Gable. She was a sewing machine operator at the former Deisher Knitting Mills, Kutztown; Royal Manufacturing, Alburtis and TECT, Inc., Topton for over 30 years, retiring in 2000. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Lyons Fire Company, Lyon Station.

She is survived by Husband; Daughter, Teresa A. (Weller) Christman, Kutztown; Son, Ralph S. Jr., husband of Donna L. (Christman) Weller; Sisters, Shirley (Gable) wife of Alfred Roth Jr., Bowers, Janice (Gable) wife of Alfred Wetzel, Mertztown, Linda (Gable) wife of Kermit Ohlinger, Temple; Brother, Rodney, husband of Susan (Luckenbill) Gable, Pottsville. In addition there are 3 Granddaughters, Nicole L. Weller, Jessica A. Christman, and Laura A. Weller, and a cherished Grandpet, Marshmellow. She was pre-deceased by Sister, Grace (Gable) Hugo.

Funeral Services are Monday, September 15, 2008, 10:30 AM from Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich St., Kutztown. Interment in Longswamp Union Cemetery, Mertztown. Friends may call Monday, from 9:00 to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.
