Ruth K. Miller

Ruth K. (Bailey) Miller, 90, of Wilson Manor, Kutztown, formerly of Mertztown, died peacefully under hospice care in her residence on Friday, April 30, 2021.  She was the widow of Ryan I. Miller, who died in 1988.  Born in Kutztown, Ruth was a daughter of the late John H. and Mattie M. (Stump) Bailey.  She was a member of Zion's Union Church, Maxatawny.

Ruth was employed as a sewing machine operator at the former David Crystal, Kutztown, and Alfa Mills, Temple, until her retirement in 2008.

Ruth is survived by her life-long friend Eleanor K. (Miller) Siegfied, Kutztown. There are no other immediate relatives.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. from Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, with Reverend Jeffrey J. Butz, officiating. Interment in Zion Maxatawny Union Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m.
