Born in West Reading PA, he was the Son of the late Paul G. and Pauline H. (Gotthardt) Swoyer. He was a Self Employed Chauffeur in the Kutztown area for many years.
He is survived by his Aunt, Arlene I. (Swoyer) Bailey of Kutztown PA; and 9 Cousins.
