Russell C Deturk

Russell C. Deturk, 67, of Kutztown, died Saturday, May 19, 2007, in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading. He was the husband of Veronica A. (Chodorski) DeTurk. They were married July 16, 1966.

Born in Laureldale, PA, he was a son of the late Carl W. and Eva G. (Grim) DeTurk. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Anthropology from Kutztown University. He was a US Army veteran. He was employed in the maintenance department of Lincoln Technical Institute, Allentown, over 15 years until his retirement in 2002.

He is survived by Wife, Brother, Carl D. “Dennis” husband of Barbara L. (Remaley) DeTurk, Topton. There is also a Niece, Joie L. DeTurk, Topton.

Funeral Services are private. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
