Mr. Ronald Keith Bailey

Ronald Keith Bailey, 59, formerly of Minersville, PA, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020 in Orwigsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Reading, Ronald was a son of Bernice E. (Kerr), wife of Harvey S. Miller of Virginville, and the late Donald Bailey.

Ronald was a graduate of Fleetwood Area High School and worked as a polisher at Excelsior Brass Works, Blandon, and East Penn Manufacturing Co., Inc., Lyon Station. He also served as a Fire Police in Virginville and Fleetwood and was a driver for Fleetwood Ambulance and Virginville Fire Company. Ronald was an avid hunter and was a member of Wolf Run Rod and Gun Club in Snyder County.

In addition to his mother and step-father, Ronald is survived by a sister, Tracy (Miller) Christman, Bernville, brother, Michael Miller and his wife, Christine, Adamstown, and four nieces, Amber Christman, Samantha Smith, Lauren Miller and Cassandra Miller.

A graveside service for Ronald will be held privately in New Bethel Zion Cemetery, Greenwich Township.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in Ronald’s memory to The Fire Police Association of Berks County, P.O Box 6952, Wyomissing, PA 19610.
