Ronald C Missmer

Ronald C. Missmer, 75, of Kutztown, formerly of Slatington, died Monday, August 9, 2010 in the in-patient hospice unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. He was the husband of Lorretta E. (Reinhard) Missmer. They were married October 3, 1959.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Claude and Marion (Funk) Missmer. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Ronald was a 1952 graduate of Allentown High School. He was a firefighter for the City of Allentown for 28 years retiring in 1993.

He is survived by Wife, Son, Ronald D. Missmer, Alburtis; 8 Grandchildren, and 12 Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral Services are Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 10:30 AM from the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment will be in St. Peter’s Union Cemetery, Macungie. Family and friends may call Friday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 PM in the funeral home. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
