Robert W Leiby

Robert W. Leiby, Sr., 80, of Mountain Road, Macungie, died Saturday, September 16, 2006 in the Valley Manor Nursing Home, Coopersburg, where he had been a resident since September 15 ^th .

Born in Topton, PA, he was the son of the late William T. and Mildred A. (Wisler) Leiby. He was a cabinet maker for over 30 years at Quaker Maid Kitchens, Leesport, retiring in 1988. He was a US Army veteran of WWII. He was a member and president from 1972 to 1973 of the Topton Rotary Club; and a member of the Ray A. Master American Legion Post #217, Topton, for over 60 years.

He is survived by Sons, Robert W., Jr., husband of Margaret A. (Marzen), Riverside, PA, Richard A. husband of Kathy (Benchoff), Bechtelsville; Sister, Mildred Hassler, Topton.

Funeral Services are Friday, September 22, 2006 at 2:00 PM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 E. Weis Street, Topton. Interment with Military Honors in Topton Union Cemetery, Topton. Friends may call Friday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.
