Robert P. “Bob-Bob” Trexler, 55, of Lobachsville Road, Rockland Township, died Monday, December 29, 2003, at the scene of an accident on Route 10, West Caln Township, Chester County. He was married to Lorraine (Patterson) Trexler for 33 years in September.
Born in Allentown, he was a son of Lee P. Trexler of Kutztown and the late Amy M. (Bond) Trexler. He was a foreman for William Orr and Sons Inc., Jonestown, Lebanon County, since 1968. A 1970 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, he received a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. He attended Fleetwood Bible Church, Fleetwood. He was a member of the Evergreen Soccer Club, Fleetwood, since 1970. He played soccer for the Evergreen Soccer Club and was also a member of its old-timers soccer club. He was a member of the Topton Fish and Game Association and Lyons Fire Company.
He is survived by Wife, Father; Son, Captain Gabriel R. in South Korea; Sister, Amy Lee Lindenmuth of Kutztown. He was predeceased by a son, Jeremy L.
Funeral services are Saturday, January 3, 2004, 11:00 AM from Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in Topton Union Cemetery, Topton. Friends may call Saturday 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
The family requests contributions be made to Ray A. Master, Post #217, American Legion, Honor Guard, 115 East Centre Avenue, Topton, 19562. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
