Robert L Webb

Robert L. Webb, 74, of East Walnut Street, Kutztown, died Wednesday, January 7, 2004, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was married to Gloria A. (Fenstermacher) Webb for 50 years in September.

Born in Topton, he was a son of the late Fred A. and Mary A. (Fox) Webb. He was a meat cutter for the former Allentown IGA for eight years before retiring in 1994 and previously for the former Max's Thriftway Supermarket, Kutztown, for 29 years. Before that, he worked in the enamel department for Caloric Corp., formerly of Topton, for 12 years. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Kutztown, where he was a former deacon on the consistory. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

He is survived by Wife; Daughter, Robin D. Rhodes and Erin M., both of Kutztown; Brother, Charles C. of Egypt; Sister, Geraldine B. Snyder of Birdsboro, Berks County; 2 Grandchildren.

Funeral services are Saturday, January 10, 2004 from Saint Paul’s UCC Church, 47 – 51 South Whiteoak Street, Kutztown. Interment in Hope Cemetery, Kutztown. Friends may call 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the Church.

The family requests contributions be made to the memorial fund of Saint Paul’s UCC Church. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
