Robert H. Reinhard

March 7, 1930 — February 24, 2021

Robert "Bobby" H. Reinhard, 90, of Deer Lake, formerly of Longswamp Township, devoted husband of Pauline B. (Litschke) Reinhard, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family in his home.  Born in Emmaus, and raised in the Village of Huff's Church, he was a son of the late Raymond E. and Mamie A. (Heil) Reinhard.

Bobby was an active member of Huff's Union Church, Alburtis, for over 80 years.  He retired after 40 years of service to Air Products, Trexlertown.

Bobby loved sports, hunting and fishing, but most of all his family.  In his younger days he played football, baseball and softball.  He was an avid reader and crossword puzzle fanatic.  He wrote and acted in many Pennsylvania Dutch plays at Huff's Church.  Bobby was known for his quick wit and humor.  He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.  His position as father, grandfather and great grandfather will be irreplaceable.

In addition to his wife of 72 years, Pauline, Robert is survived by a son Stephen F., husband of Deborah L. (Schoedler) Reinhard, Topton; daughters, Theresa M. "Tess" (Reinhard), wife of Joseph A. Woloszanski, Kutztown; Heather J. (Reinhard) Fritz, Deer Lake.  Other survivors include eight grandchildren: Jason, John, Michael, Stephanie, Thomas, Benjamin, Amanda, and Ethan.  There are also eight great grandchildren.  Bobby was predeceased by a son, Scott R. Reinhard; six brothers, and two sisters.

There will be a public calling period on Saturday, February 27, 2021, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. in Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown.  Memorial Services and Inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family.
