Rita T D'Alesio

Rita T. D’Alesio, 91, a resident of Kutztown Manor, Inc., formerly of Washington Township, Berks County, and Delaware County, died Thursday, March 17, 2011 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of the late Daniel J. D’Alesio, Sr.

Born in Philadelphia, PA she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Theresa (Napolitano) Nigroni. She was a former member of Sacred Heart Parish, Havertown and Saint Pius X, Broomall. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by Son, Daniel J. Jr., husband of Jean R. D’Alesio, Barto. Rita was predeceased by a Sister, Anna C. Nigroni in 2009.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, March 23, 2011, at 11:00 AM from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 105 Wilson Avenue, Havertown, PA 19083. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon. Friends may call Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the church.

The family requests contributions be made in memory of Rita T. D’Alesio to Kutztown Manor, Inc., 120 Trexler Avenue, Kutztown, 19530. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
