Richard J Fox

Richard J. Fox, 86, of Kutztown, formerly of Bucks County, died Monday, September 22, 2008 in his residence. He was the husband of Janet (Deatcher) Fox. They were married on February 9, 1951.

Born in Greensburg, Westmoreland County, he was a son of the late John D. and Tillie C. (Quant) Fox. He was a Marine Corp veteran of WWII. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Strayer University, Washington, DC. He was the comptroller at the Delaware Valley Hospital, Bucks County, retiring in 1984; prior to that he served in the same capacity at the Mercer Hospital, Trenton, NJ.

He is survived by Wife Janet, Daughter, Deborah A. (Fox) Gibbs, Kutztown; Son, Richard J. Fox, Jr. husband of MaTia (Tia) Fox, Las Vegas, NV; 6 Grandchildren; 5 Great Grandchildren.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
