Reynold C. Wiltrout, 86, of Rockland Township, died on October 25, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, where he was a patient since Monday.  He was the husband of Betty M. (Reifsnyder) Wiltrout. They were married July 3, 1954.

Born in Lyon Station, he was a son of the late Rellie and Emma (Mertz) Wiltrout. Reynold was a graduate of Kutztown Area High School, Class of 1949.  He honorably and faithfully served our country as a member of the United States Army, with service during the Korean War. Mr. Wiltrout was employed as a MIG welder for Dana Corporation, Parish Division, Reading, for 30 years until his retirement. He also operated Wiltrout's Taxidermy for over 50 years. Reynold enjoyed hunting, fishing, bird watching, wood working, repairing, painting automobiles and hot-rodding in his younger days. He was a member of Ray A. Master Post 217 American Legion, Topton.

In addition to his Wife of 63 years, Betty, Reynold is survived by his Children, Rick C. Wiltrout, companion of Michele (Laity) Killian, Reading; Sherrie M. (Wiltrout) wife of Blaine W. Ammann, Shoemakersville; Ray A. husband of Sheryl A. (Heffner) Wiltrout, Mertztown; Perry L. husband of Heather M. (Marko) Wiltrout, Mertztown; and Connie J. (Wiltrout) wife of Robert Mako, Moultonborough, New Hampshire. Other survivors include a Sister, Joyce (Wiltrout) widow of Jerry McMichael, Nashua, Iowa. There are 7 Grandchildren:  Lisa M. Ammann, Taresea J. Ammann, Patrick L., husband of, Nicole (Sciandra) Wiltrout; Pierce L., husband of, Julie (Pescinski) Wiltrout; Alex M., husband of, Kim (Worcester) Wiltrout; Sean A., husband of, Alexis (Claus) Wiltrout; and Lauren E. (Wiltrout), wife of, Seth Winder; and 3 Great Grandchildren, Lorelai, Joshua and Bryant. Reynold was predeceased by a Sister, Rachael (Wiltrout) Grim.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 30, 2017, at 10:30 AM from Zion's Union Church, 329 Church Road, Kutztown, with Reverend Jeffrey J. Butz, officiating. Interment with Military Honors provided by Ray A. Master Post 217 American Legion Honor Guard in New Jerusalem Union Cemetery, Rockland Township.  Friends may call Monday from 9:30 to10:30 AM in the church.

The family requests contribution be made to Honor Guard of Ray A. Master Post 217 American Legion, 133 E. Centre Avenue, Topton, PA 19562. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
