Raymond J Stettler

Raymond J. Stettler, 78, of Maxatawny Township, died Sunday, January 10, 2010 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Marian J. (Kemp) Stettler. They were married March 12, 1955.

Born in Fleetwood, he was a son of the late Paul S. and Katie (Kroninger) Stettler. He was a member of the Lutheran Congregation of Zion’s Union Church, Kutztown. He was employed as a mechanic at the former Warren-Ehret-Link, Allentown for 20 years until his retirement in 1999. He also worked for Pikeville Equipment Company. Mr. Stettler was a 32nd degree Mason with Lehigh Lodge 326, F.&A.M., Trexlertown.

He is survived by Wife; Daughter, Darlene M. (Stettler) wife of Kenneth K. Krause, Lyon Station; Sons, Paul I. husband of Barbara Stettler, Macungie, and Dennis S. Stettler, Bowers. In addition, there are 4 Grandchildren, Jason, Kevin, Daniel and Austin.

Funeral Services are Thursday, January 14, 2010, 11:00 AM from Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in Zion Maxatawny Union Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 PM in the funeral home. Masonic Services will be held at 8:15 PM Wednesday evening.
