Peter F. Saul

Peter F. Saul, 73, of Kutztown, died Saturday, August 22, 2026, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Natalie A. (Powell) Saul, whom he married December 31, 1993. Born in Allentown, Peter was a son of the late Frederick J. and Beatrice C. (Conrad) Saul.

Peter was a graduate of Kutztown Area High School, Class of 1970. He attended Kutztown University.

Peter worked in Insurance sales for The Hartford and Prudential; he also worked as a financial advisor for the former Meridian Bank. Most recently, following his retirement he was working as a parts delivery person for Miracle Buick-GMC, Kutztown; and had worked in the same capacity for Auto Zone, Kutztown.

Peter was a member of Kutztown and Mertztown Rod & Gun Clubs; Kutztown Beneficial Association; and Fraternal Order of Eagles, Kutztown. He enjoyed riding motorcycle, a good cigar, attending races at Action Track and Grandview and especially spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife of 32 years, Natalie, Peter is survived by son, Scott D. Saul, husband of Taylor M. (Rice) Saul, Pottstown; and a daughter, Amanda K., wife of Ryan S. Gerber, Alburtis. Other survivors include three grandchildren: Kaydan Jay Gerber, Brianna F. Saul, and Vanessa L. Saul.

A funeral service to honor and celebrate Peter's life will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in Ludwick Funeral Homes and Cremation Care, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, with The Reverend Dr. Jeremiah A. Sassaman, officiating. Interment in Hope Cemetery, Kutztown. Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
