Mrs. Pauline Betty Reinert

Pauline Betty (Greiss) Reinert, 90, of Topton, passed away peacefully early Friday morning, February 26, 2021 in The Lutheran Home at Topton, where she was a resident since January, 2015. She was the widow of Warren E. Reinert who died August 16, 1986.

Born in Longswamp Township, Pauline was a daughter of the late Clarence and Helen (Gambler) Greiss. Pauline was a member of Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bowers. She was active with the Lyons Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, Topton Senior Citizens, and Women of Hope at her church. Pauline enjoyed playing BINGO and eating a cone of ice cream at Herman's Drive-In.

Pauline is survived by her children, Walter W., husband of Linda L. (Frederick) Reinert, Fleetwood, Gerry L. Reinert, Topton, Dean L., husband of Denise L. (Didyoung) Reinert, Kutztown, and Tina M. Reinert, Kutztown; daughter-in-law, Jo Ann (Sawyer) Reinert, Kutztown, widow of predeceased son, Roger A. Reinert, who died March 25, 2014; sister, Helen (Greiss) Bower, Topton; three grandchildren, Timothy Reinert, Todd Reinert and Greyson Asthon; and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, parents and son, Pauline was predeceased by her sisters, Carrie (Greiss) Keiser and Jean (Greiss) Adam; and a brother, Arthur "Sonny" Greiss.

A public viewing will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church, 550 Fleetwood Road, Bowers, PA.

A private funeral service will follow with Reverend Drew Neidig officiating. Burial will conclude services in Longswamp Union Cemetery, Mertztown.
