Paul D. Hill, Jr.

Paul D. Hill, Jr., 78, of Fleetwood, died peacefully, Sunday, March 30, 2025, in West Reading Nursing and Rehabilitation, West Reading. He was the husband of Jeanette L. (Hartranft) Hill. Born in Kutztown, Paul was a son of the late Paul D. Hill, Sr., and Mildred (Hoffman) Pillar. He was a member of Huff's Union Church, Alburtis.

Paul was employed first by Kutztown Foundry, then in the shipping department of East Penn Manufacturing Company, Lyon Station, from 2001 until his retirement.Paul was a social member of the Horace M. Kiefer, American Legion Post 625, Fleetwood, Topton Fish & Game Association, and Fleetwood Rod & Gun Club. He was a life member of Pike Township Sportsmen's Association.  Paul enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Paul is survived by his wife, Jeanette; sons: Jeffrey A. and his wife Vicki L. (Evans) Hill, Middletown, MD; Marc J. and his wife Christi A. (Conrad) Hill, Blandon. There are five grandchildren: Alexis M. (Hill), wife of Jon Sachs, Hunter R. Hill, Kiley M. Hill, Hayley R. Hill, and Nicholas R. Hill.; a great grandson: Charlie J. Sachs. Other survivors include a stepsister, Bonnie L. (Miller), widow of Kerry E. Mull.

A funeral service to honor and celebrate Paul's life will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. in Ludwick Funeral Homes and Cremation Care, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, with The Reverend Michael Todd, officiating. Interment in Huff Church Union Cemetery, Alburtis. Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.
