Paul H. Moser, 85, of Breinigsville, died Monday, February 6, 2023, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, In-Patient Hospice, Allentown, where he was a patient seven days. He was the husband of Loretta L. (Youse) Moser, whom he married June 26, 1993. Born in Breinigsville, Paul was a son of the late Arthur P. and Anna A. (Flicker) Moser.
Paul was employed as a machine operator at Packaging Corp. of America, Trexlertown, for over 34 years. Paul was also a Pennsylvania State Licensed Auctioneer and worked part time for over twenty years for Kistler Auctions.
Paul was a member of Breinigsville V.F.W., Post 8282; Macungie V.F.W., Post 9264; and Fraternal Order of Eagle, Aerie 839, Kutztown.
In addition to his wife of 29 years, Loretta, Paul is survived by his children: daughter, Tammy L. (Moser), wife of Kevin K. Klase, New Tripoli; son, Terry Moser, husband of Cindy (Wert), Allentown; son, Todd Moser, husband of Lisa (Maute), Swoyersville; stepson, Shane E., husband of Beth A. (German) Kern, Lenhartsville. Other survivors include, grandsons: Nicholas Reith; Brandon and his wife Jennifer Reith; Kyle and Lucas Klase; great grandsons: Kolten and Braxley Reith; step grandsons: Tyler, Codi, and Brandon; step granddaughter: Brittany; step great granddaughters: Elliotte and Realynn. There are also sisters: Irene Kressley; Ellen Miller; and Faye wife of Skip Ketz, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Paul was predeceased by a brother, Arthur Moser, and a sister, Beatrice Fegely.
A funeral service to celebrate and honor Paul's life will be held on Friday, February 10, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. from Christian Congregation Church, Chestnut Street & Valley Road, Mertztown, with The Reverend Kim Berenotto, officiating. Interment in Hope Cemetery, Kutztown. Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Friday, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Church.
The family suggests contributions be considered in Paul's memory to the Sanctuary at Haafsville, 901 Nestle Way, Breinigsville, PA 18031.
