Paul E Heffner

Paul E. Heffner, age 85, of Longswamp Road, Mertztown PA, died Saturday, August 10, 2002 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township PA. He was the Husband of Sadie A. (Miller) Baus Heffner. The couple celebrated their 22nd Wedding Anniversary this past May. His first wife, Anna (Meck) Heffner died in 1978.

Born in Longswamp Township PA, he was the Son of the late Edward A. and Katie A. (Moyer) Heffner. He was employed in the Enamel Department of Caloric Corporation, at its former Topton Plant for 44 years, retiring in 1980. He was a member of Saint Paul's Lutheran Church, Mertztown PA. He was a Veteran of the United States Army having served during World War II.

He is survived by his Wife; Step-Sons, Robert L. Baus of Emmaus PA and Donald R. Baus of Emmaus PA; Daughters, Nancy C. (Heffner) Christman of Harrisburg PA; Step-Daughters, Mary Ann (Baus) Wolfgang of Pottstown PA and Regina (Baus) Flammer of Wescoesville PA; Brother, Webster Heffner of Alburtis PA; 1 Granddaughter, 10 Step Grandchildren and 11 Step Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, August 15, 2002, at from the Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 East Weis Street, Topton PA. Family and Friends may call 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Thursday in the Funeral Home. Interment in Longswamp Union Cemetery, Mertztown PA.
