Paul A Snyder

Paul A. Snyder, 86, formerly of Lenhartsville, Greenwich Township, died Tuesday, September 28, 2010, in Kutztown Manor. He was the husband of the late Edna A. (Hartung) Snyder, who died November 2, 1978.

Born in Albany Twp., he was a son of the late Charles R. and Nevada (Bailey) Snyder. He was a member of New Bethel Union Church, Kempton. Mr. Snyder was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a molder for the former Hamburg Plow Works, now known as Hamburg Mfg., Hamburg, PA for many years, retiring in 1986. Mr. Snyder was a member of the Kutztown and Hamburg Fire Companies.

He is survived by Daughter, Brenda K. (Snyder) wife of Dallas R. Herber, Kutztown; Granddaughter, Trish A. (Herber) wife of Joseph A. Zona, Reading, and Great Grandsons, Mason G. and Chase D. Zona. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 4 Sisters and 6 Brothers.

Funeral Services are Friday, October 1, 2010 at 10:30 AM from the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, 19530. Interment in New Bethel Cemetery, Kempton. Friends may call Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home.
