Otto W Fischer

Otto W. Fischer, 74, formerly of Allentown and Lakeland, Fla., died Sunday, November 28, 2010, in The Lutheran Home at Topton.

Born in Haberstadt, Germany, he was a son of the late Otto H. and Elsie (Blum) Fischer. Mr. Fischer was employed as an inspector / machinist at Mack Trucks, Inc., Allentown for over 30 years until his retirement in 1994. Mr. Fischer was a US Air Force Veteran. He was a member of Greenleaf Lodge No. 561, F.&A.M., Allentown, a former member and Past Master of Barger Lodge No. 333, Allentown, now part of Greenleaf Lodge; a member of Lehigh Consistory, a 32nd degree mason; and a member of Shriner International, Rajah Shrine, Reading; a member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1539, Sellersville; and a former member of Lakeland Masonic Lodge, Lakeland, Fla.

He is survived by Brother, Karl Heinz Fischer, Germany.

Interment is private at the convenience of the family, in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Fla. Local arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.>>
