Nevaeh Hope Burnes

Baby Nevaeh Hope Burnes, infant daughter of William A. Burnes and Kelly L. Fajna of Mertztown, was born and died on Friday morning, February 13, 2015 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. "Nevaeh may be gone from this world, but she will never be gone from our hearts." "Fly High."

Nevaeh is survived by her Parents; Brothers, Kane Alexander McDonough and Jake Anthony Burnes; and a Sister, Annaliese Nicole Fajna; Maternal Grandparents, William J. and Dolores J. (Schlenker) Fajna, Reading; Paternal Grandmother, Rose M. Clarke, Allentown; Special Aunts; Jeannie M. Hafer, Reading, and Lisa A. Lutz, Fleetwood; and several aunts and uncles .

Memorial services will be private at the convenience of the family .
