Naomi R. Ring

Naomi Ruth Ring, 99, of Kutztown, PA, died peacefully on Saturday, August 22, 2026 in Keystone Villa, Blandon. She was the widow of Dr. Rodney Ring who died in 1995.

Born in Gresham, Nebraska, Naomi was a daughter of the late Rev. Alexander and Clara (Scheel) Korn. A graduate of Midland Lutheran College, Fremont, NE, she taught school in Platte Center, NE, and worked as a secretary at the University of Chicago, Cedar Crest College, and Muhlenberg College.

Naomi was a weekend vendor at Renninger's Farmer's Market and Antique Center in Kutztown, PA, for 47 years until her retirement in 2017. She was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, Krumsville, PA.

She is survived by her son, Alexander Ring, and his wife Susan of Tampa, FL; daughter, Angela Ring and her partner Justin Roach of Bristol, TN; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

There will be no formal funeral services.
