Nancy L Steffy

Nancy L. Steffy, 70, of South Home Avenue, Topton, died Friday, January 6, 2006, in Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest where she was a patient since Thursday. She was the wife of the late Jay P. Steffy who died November 23, 2005.

Born in Kutztown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Howard S. and Marion L. (Dreibelbis) Oswald. She was a shipping clerk in the cable division of East Penn Manufacturing, Lyons Station for over 30 years last working in November 2005. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Topton, where she served on the Altar Guild for over 40 years and a former Sunday School Teacher during the 1960’s and 70’s.

She is survived by Sons, Blake J. Steffy, Fleetwood, Derrin B. Steffy, Blandon, Prent L. Steffy, Leesport, Ian C. Steffy, at home; Sisters, Lucy (Oswald) Miller, Kutztown, Rosemary (Oswald) Albright, Shoemakersville; 7 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by a Son, Justin M. Steffy who died November 9, 2000.

Funeral Services are Wednesday, January 11, 2006, 11:00 AM from Trinity Lutheran Church, Home Avenue & East Smith Street, Topton. Interment in Topton Union Cemetery, Topton. Friends may call Wednesday 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the church.
