Miriam G Trexler

Miriam G. Trexler, 93, of Bethlehem, formerly of Emmaus, died Saturday, January 12, 2013 in the Inpatient Hospice Unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, where she was a patient since November.

Born in Longswamp Township, Berks County, she was a daughter of the late Howard T. and Essie M (Gambler) Keiser. Mrs. Trexler was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Bowers. She worked as a sewing machine operator at several Allentown and Emmaus clothing manufacturers until her retirement.

She is survived by Daughter, Bonnie Lou (Hamman) wife of Fred W. Catman, Macungie; Sister, Roxie (Keiser) widow of Clayton Kern, Topton and a Brother, Donald R. husband of Beatrice (Rothermel ) Keiser, Breinigsville. Miriam was predeceased by 2 Grandchildren, 3 Sisters and 3 Brothers.

Funeral Services are Thursday, January 17, 2013, 11:00 AM from Hope Lutheran Church, 550 Fleetwood Road, Bowers. Interment in Union Cemetery of Bowers. Friends may call Thursday, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the church.

In lieu of flowers the family requests contribution be made to Lehigh Valley Hospice, 2166 S. 12th Street, Allentown, PA 18103-4792. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
