Mildred R. Dornblaser, 66, of Chestnut Street, Mertztown, died Friday, August 27, 2004, in Kutztown Manor where she resided since June 16. She was married to Charles T. Dornblaser. They were married 43 years last December.

Born in Laurey’s, Pa. Lehigh County, she was a daughter of the late Millard L. Fogelman and Dorothy I. (Ritter)Fogelman/Peterson of Macungie. She was a Homemaker.

She is survived by Husband, Mother, Sons, Thomas D. Dornblaser, Mertztown, Edward G. Dornblaser, Leesport; Brothers, Donald L. Fogelman, Mertztown, Robert P. Fogelman, Fleetwood; Sisters, Marjorie M. (Fogelman) Hoppes, Walnutport, Janet A. (Fogelman) Bender, Nazareth, PA; 1 Grandson.

Funeral Services are Tuesday, August 31, 2004 at 10:30 AM, in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Friends may call Tuesday, 9:30 AM until time of service. Inurnment at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
