Mildred E. (Reimert) Herman, 95, a resident of DevonHouse Senior Living, Allentown and formerly of Kutztown, PA, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 in Saint Luke's University Health Network - Allentown Campus. She was the loving wife of Benjamin P. Herman, who died one month earlier on April 30th, and whom she married on December 18, 1998.

Born in Kutztown, Mildred was a daughter of the late Lloyd E. and Marion I. (Kurtz) Reinert and was a graduate of Kutztown Area High School. She worked as a waitress at several local restaurants, most recently at Cracker Barrel in Fogelsville for many years. Mildred was a proud mother and grandmother and loved to sew. Mildred's journey through life was marked by her unwavering spirit and an abundant kindness that touched the hearts of all who knew her.

She is survived by her two daughters, Darlene (Miller) Tompkins and Theresa (Miller) Corrado; son, Duren Devin; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. Along with her husband Ben and parents, Mildred was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters.

Services for Mildred will be held privately by her family with burial in Charles Baber Cemetery, Pottsville.
