Mildred A Unger

Mildred A. Unger, age 78, of 602 E. Walnut Street, Kutztown PA, died Monday, September 3, 2001 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest, Salisbury Twp. PA. She was the Wife of Paul J. Unger. The couple celebrated their 56th Wedding Anniversary this past February.

Born in Albany Twp., Berks County PA, she was the Daughter of the late Clarence D. and Verna E. (Lutz) Wessner. She was a Sewing Machine Operator at the Former Kutztown Sportswear, Kutztown, for 18 years before retiring in 1985. Prior to that she worked for Deisher Knitting Mills for 13 years as a Sewing Machine Operator. She was a Member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Kutztown. She was also a Member of the Order of the Eastern Star, East Penn Chapter, Kutztown.

She is survived by her Husband; Sons, Larry R. Fink of Topton PA, Paul R. Unger of Lenhartsville PA and Jeffrey M. Unger of Kutztown PA; 7 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held 10:30 AM in the Ludwick Funeral Homes, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Family and Friends may call 7:00 - 8:30 PM Thursday evening in the Funeral Home. Interment in Hope Cemetery, Kutztown.
