Michael L. Foreman, 66, of Kutztown, left this world on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. Born in Camden, New Jersey, Michael was a son of the late Clarence P. and Eileen M. (Palmer) Foremen.
Michael was a 1976 graduate of Chantilly High School in Herndon, Virginia, where he played football and was a shot putter on the track and field team. Michael attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Michael worked on satellite photographic imagery for Spot Image. He also worked for UPS, and more recently, Kutztown University in the Buildings and Grounds Department. He volunteered at The Sanctuary at Haafsville.
Tennis and golf, weather, the color orange, wristwatches, and the Dallas Cowboys were some of his favorite things. He dearly loved his cats and enjoyed caring for the cats at The Sanctuary. He also loved spending time with his lifelong friends.
Michael is survived by a sister, Virginia F. (Foreman), wife of Thomas M. Booth, Kempton, niece Jane Fluck, her husband Mike, and their children Iris, Willow and Melody. Other survivors include sister-in-law Maria Foreman, and her children Shane, Ryan, and Beth. In addition to his parents, Michael was predeceased by his sister Micky Foreman, brother John M. Foreman, and nephew Thomas M. Booth, Jr.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. from Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 14833 Kutztown Road, Kutztown, with The Reverend John C. Maria, as celebrant. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. in the church. Inurnment will be held privately at the convenience of the family in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale.
