Max K Bieber

Max K. Bieber, age 76, of 43 Chestnut Street, Mertztown PA, died Tuesday, July 24, 2001 in the Kutztown Manor, Kutztown PA. He was the Widower of the late Jean A. (Welder) Bieber.

Born in Maxatawny Township, Berks County PA, he was the Son of the late Charles O. and Bertha (Kemp) Bieber. He was a Laborer at Atlas Mineral Products in Mertztown from 1972 until his retirement. Prior to that he worked at Empire Steel Castings, Inc. in Laureldale for several years during the 1950's and 1960's. He was a Veteran of the United States Army having served during World War II.

He is survived by his Daughters, Robin J. Bieber of Whitehall PA and Sandra F. (Bieber) Taschler of Coplay PA; Son, Rickie A. Bieber of Mertztown PA; Sisters, Anna L. (Bieber) Stitzel of Kutztown PA, Hettie M. (Bieber) of Fleetwood PA and Jean D. (Bieber) VanHorn of Mertztown PA; Brothers, Lester C. Bieber of Fleetwood PA, Luther I. Bieber of Kutztown PA, Paul L. Bieber of Kutztown PA and Isaac C. Bieber of Kokomo IN; and 2 Granddaughters.

Funeral Services will be held 10:30AM Friday, July 27, 2001 in the Ludwick Funeral Homes, 25 E. Weiss Street, Topton PA. Family and Friends may Call 9:30AM Friday until the time of services. Interment in Zion Maxatawny Union Cemetery, Maxatawny PA.
