Mary Q Edinger

Mary Q. (Kramer) Edinger, 83, of Topton, died Thursday, February 18, 2010 in Laurel Center Genesis Eldercare, Tilden Township, where she was a patient since December 12, 2009. She was the widow of Howard S. Edinger who died in 1976.

Born in Fleetwood, she was a daughter of the late Johnathan and Edith (Quillman) Kramer. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Topton and a member of it’s alter guild. She worked as a sewing machine operator for the former Marcus Manufacturing, Topton for over 20 years until her retirement in 1988.

She is survived by Daughter, Edythe O. (Edinger) Kunkel companion of Barry Keyser, Kempton; Grandchildren, Kyle S. husband of Tracy A. (Adam) Kunkel, Jason H. husband of Stephanie (Dietrich) Kunkel, and Maryann L. Kunkel; Great Grandchildren, Hunter, Tytus and Bryce Kunkel; Sisters, Anna (Kramer) wife of Paul Wenrich, Reading, Betty (Kramer) widow of Warren Freeby, Sr., Fleetwood, Olive (Kramer) widow of Harold Oswald, Mertztown, Katherine (Kramer) widow of Ronald Miller, a resident at The Lutheran Home at Topton and Joann (Kramer) wife of Bryon Oswald, Fleetwood; Brothers, James Kramer and wife Gladys, Samuel Kramer and wife Ann, both of Hastings, Neb., Nestor Kramer and wife Ellen, Long Island, NY, Twins, William Kramer, Allentown and Robert Kramer and wife Patricia, Topton, Andy Kramer and wife Ora, Hamburg, and David Kramer and wife Cindy, Topton. She was predeceased by a Brother, Dennis Kramer in 1988.

Funeral Services are Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at 10:30 AM from Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 East Weis Street, Topton. Interment in Hope Cemetery, Dryville. Family and friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
