Mary Patricia Smith

Mary Patricia (Kerr) Smith, 82, a resident of Cedarbrook, Allentown and formerly of Kutztown, passed away on Wedneday, December 26, 2018. She was the widow of Walter John Smith who died in 1995. Born in Kutztown, Mary was a daughter of the late Henry E. and Anna M. (Fink) Kerr. She was a 1953 graduate of Kutztown Area High School and a member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church, Whitehall. Mary was a homemaker, who enjoyed crocheting, watching television and doing puzzles.

Mary is survived by her two sons, Scott A. Smith, husband of Jennifer L. (Jones) Smith, Whitehall and Timothy M. Smith, Allentown; four grandchildren, Matthew Smith, Nathan Smith, Steffany Rubel and Andrew Smith; a great-grandson, Tegan Smith; and a sister, Nancy A. (Kerr) Konemann, widow of Gordon C. Konemann, Kutztown. In addition to her husband and parents, Mary was predeceased by a son, Kenneth R. Smith in 1994, and two grandsons, Jeffrey M. Smith in 1997 and Stephen K. Smith in 1983.

Graveside services and inurnment for Mary will be held privately by her family in Hope Cemetery, Kutztown.
