Mary L Frederick

Mary L. Frederick, 86, formerly of Temple, PA died Saturday, August 12, 2006 in the Henry Health Care Center, The Lutheran Home at Topton, Topton, where she had been a resident since January 20, 2003. She was the wife of the late Lester D. Frederick who died on March 22, 2003.

Born in Temple, PA, she was the daughter of the late Henry A. and Mabel I. (Rothenberger) Leinbach. She was employed for many years at the family owned Leinbach’s Grocery Store, Temple. She was then a secretary at the former General Battery, Reading, from 1965 until her retirement in 1982. She was a member of Christ Church United Church of Christ, Temple; and, the Temple Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by Son, James H. husband of Vera Lee (Ely), Bowers; Grandsons, James M. husband of Shannon N. (Kratz), Telford, and Jonathan C., Boston, MA.

Funeral Services are Thursday, August 17, 2006 at 10:00 AM in the Milkins Funeral Home Inc., 4814 Kutztown Road, Temple. Interment in Salem Shalter’s Cemetery, Alsace Township. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
