Mary Jane Nagle

Mary Jane Nagle, 78, of Trexler Avenue, Kutztown, died Thursday, June 22, 2006 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading, where she had been a patient since June 14 ^th .

Born in Maxatawny Township, Berks County, she was the daughter of the late Gladstone L. and Esther R. (Deisher) Nagle. She was a 1945 graduate of Kutztown High School. She worked in food preparation at Kutztown University for 10 years; and was an assembler at the former Lucent Technologies, Allentown, for 27 years retiring in 1984. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Kutztown.

She is survived by Cousins Eleanor S. (Mertz) wife of Harold S. Burgert, Blandon; Phyllis (Fritz) widow of Harry Schell, Hershey; Doris (Fritz) widow of Rev. Richard Witmoyer, Palmyra; and, Marguerite (Deisher) widow of Woodrow Rehrig, Palmerton. She was predeceased by brother Gladsone L. Nagle, Jr. who died on July 23, 1948.

Funeral Services are Tuesday, June 27, 2006 at 10:30 AM in St. John’s Lutheran Church, 201 East Main Street, Kutztown, 19530. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Kutztown. Friends may call Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM.
